Packed meals may be picked up immediately after the Satsang Programme in the basement area of the main building. Mobile phones, electronic games, cameras, binoculars, laser pointers, ipads, laptops, tablets, MP3 players, smartwatches, fitness bands, audio & video recorders, or any other electronic items must not be brought into the premises. Visitors are strongly advised to travel with proper medical insurance, required medications, and are expected to take care of their own medical needs. The First Aid facility is not a clinic for consultations, dispensing of medication nor a source of medical advise for pre-existing conditions. All other cases will be referred to local clinics or hospitals. Only minor medical problems arising on the day suddenly, unexpectedly and urgent medical situations will be dealt with by the First Aid service. Arrangements with vehicles have been made to pick them from the pick-up points in the parking areas and bring them to the entrance of the main building.

Upon arrival into the centre, the elderly and sangat with reduced mobility may be dropped off at the pick-up points in the parking areas (please refer to the RSSB Centre Map to locate these pick-up points).

The Satsang Hall is all chair seating, hence they will not have a problem acquiring a seat.

No Special Needs pass required for the Elderly and those with reduced mobility.
